I have a question related to the exercising everyday question. Is it safe to do an aero/tone workout everyday? I read the answer to that a long time ago in one of the catalogs, but I can't find it anywhere right now.
I also wanted to know if it was safe to use weighted gloves (1 lb.) everyday. For instance, I'm focusing on weight loss right now, so I'm focusing on cardio only workouts for the moment. But some of the workouts are not getting my heart rate up high enough even when I do the high intensity variations, so I was thinking of adding the weighted gloves to boost the intensity level. Is that safe? Maybe one day with the gloves and one without?
