Well it differs for everyone- how much time do you have? What are you goals?
For me, I do cardio 5-6 days a week. On 3 of those days I also do pure strength (with dumbells) some of my strength workouts are circuit workouts, where it combines cardio segments and strength segments- these are counted as my strength days as well. Abs are also everyday I workout usually but not long- only about 5-10 minutes.
I am trying to maintain my weight and have been successful in doing this while making a schedule like this. I also don't diet, so that is why I add more cardio to my week. I hope that helps! If you have any questions on certain workouts feel free to ask!
