I suggest any ballet videos,  swimming with short fins,  and lots of squats holding weights. Step is good, too.   Try for something that works the rear from all angles.   But really, you cannot
beat ballet or swimming.  Who ever saw a dancer or swimmer with a droopy rear!??

I don't have one to suggest at present.  I took a class called"Absolutely Beginning Ballet" at my local YWCA.  Wow, was that tough!  I do like Jonathan Urla's videos, and as you know,  Kari Anderson and Karen Voight both danced ballet professionally.  Lots of good moves in theirs.   Don't forget one-legged squats,  my fav.   Another move I love is to do hamstring lifts with ankle weights, slowly.  Stand by a chair and lift one leg at a time,  keeping your body in line with your leg, holding onto back of chair withboth hands.   Raise and lower the leg 12 times, switch legs.   Finally, don't discount the leg moves in Pilates.  I like the video Standing Pilates.  My legs and bottom always say, "thank you", after I do that one.  For a 30 min video,  I feel you get a good leg and balance work out, and the 15 minutes floor workout has some fun moves, too.  I like to do these particular moves in a pool,  my "pool Pilates".   Really tones the lower body.   I have not seen the instructor make another video, I wish she would. Caitlan Rodrigues Zamiar I think is her name, hope I have spelled it correctly.  She has a martial artsback ground I believe. PS  Years ago Denise did a series of 3 toning videos focusing on arms, legs, and one on the butt.  Each
workout was 10 min and there were 3 on each video.   I wish now I had not gotten rid of the butt one,
I still have the arm one.   They were on video, though.   Better than many of her newer dvds.

Barre workouts are great.  Lotte Berk's High Round Assets and {Squeeze}7836^ are a couple you could try.

I think that Squeeze {lower body}5610^ and Element {ballet conditioning}7905^ re great DVDs. Also any DVD with the pretzel exercise. I can't remember which of my DVDs has that one, when I find it I will post.

Second the recommendation for Element {Ballet Conditioning}7905^.  Very non-traditional toning.  I have a hard time getting it into my rotation, however.
