I did see my chiropractor. I had a place out between the base of my neck; an old car wreck injury to my vertebre between my shoulder blades was out, as well as a slightly twisted pelvis. So I wasnt as bad off as I thought; but I had pulled muscles which led to the places being out. She said to 'back off' the heavy lifting for awhile, but using the muscles in other activity would keep them limber, until the sore places heal. Swimming is good, she said. I do exercise videos at home, I have a good selection of Lesllie Sansone, other 'walking' exercise videos, and new ones by Jane Fonda and Debra Mazda. So..I can stay active, limber. I am backing off of heavy lifting for quite a while. At 60, why should I kill myself off? Thank you for posting me.
