Kimd - you are so right about SMART goals. I recently attended a work related course where they spoke about SMARTER goals - adding that goals shouls be "ethical, exciting and enjoyable" and "resourced". For fitness this makes a lot of sense to me -find out the workouts you enjoy and spend the money on the DVDs, comfy shoes or whatever you need. You are worth it and these additions make it easier and more pleasant to work out...D

    One of my weight watcher's leader has always said, "Take Care of You".  Get up earlier and exercise.

I use to sleep in my workout clothes and did the Firm's "Torotoise or Hare" every day.  I live alone now and am also 64, so I like to do a mini workout in the AM.  10 - 30 minutes or so.  Then finish up when I get home. I loathe having my workout interupted.
