Re:FIRM 90 Day Rotation
Hi again Sarah! I think you can do this rotation and modify as needed. Follow the beginner modifications in the workout, use light or no weights, take more rest days, etc. A few of us have been following this rotation for about 6 weeks now - BUT we are modifying by using other workouts, too, not just the FIRM, but trying to follow the calendar for the type of workout for the day.
We are posting on the Check-ins and Challenges section of this forum. I think the thread is called 90 day challenge or something like that.
