Upper inner thigh jiggle

Hello-I'm looking for toning exercises for my dreaded upper inner thigh jiggle.  Thank you.

    Winsor {Pilates in Pink}5552^ works wonders in that area.  You can actually see those muscles working with the band.

    I always, always get DOMS in upper inner thigh from doing kettlebell swings.  I don't feel anything at the time, but inevitably a day or so later it comes on so it seems to really target that area ...

    Callanetic's 'Pretzel' move (and the similar one with a straightened leg) seem to target that area for me. Well, exercise-wise, anyhow. No real proof yet that things have changed, but I do actually feel stronger, if that helps.

    Hi,  I loathe that area!  But 10 Min Solutions {Rapid Results Pilates}7663^
    has a 10 min leg workout that is quick to do and effective.
    Don't forget to consider ankle weights for your leg raises,  they

    The {Kettlebell Kickboxing}6198^ Longevity DVD is great for that area as is Ilaria's {Bodystrikes}5628^.

     You cant spot reduce an area. Wouldn't that be nice though if we could. :)  Have you tried running/jogging? how about biking? Hows your diet?

    I forgot to suggest an oldie,  Karen Voight's "{Great Weighted
    Work out}7203^", which has a great floor thigh workout section.
    If you are near a pool, grab a kick board and do some laps,

    I also agree with Kettlebell workouts.  Jillians {Shred it with Weights}5875^ uses a kettlebell (I used a dumbbell instead) and the next day my rear and inner thighs were SCREAMING.  I was limping around the house for a few days after that lol.  It was so easy too, just swing that dumbbell around here and there.
