Advice about which exercise is best?

New to the site....I am 39 yrs old, and looking to get a little more fit, without losing weight.....I currently dont do anything...I am the type that has never had a weight problem eating kind of what I want,  but I am now 103 lbs, 5Ft, and trying to eat healthier now too...I am looking for something to keep me healthy but I really dont want to lose anymore weight, if anything gain a pound or two, and Im afraid if i start exercising I will lose too much weight....I was told yoga or pilates? Not sure which is better...Or do I stick to just strength training dvds... 
I used to do some cardio and toning videos from your site in my 20's....:)

    Yoga would be good.  You'll build some definition in your muscles but no bulk and unless your donig power yoga (like Bob Harper's Yoga for the Warrior) you probably won't lose weight.

    Ellen Barrett would be another instructor to look at.  Her workouts are a fusion style, kind of a mix of pilates, yoga and very light cardio.  They are simple, fun and you aren't going to get a big calorie burn from them.
