Any of Cathe's IMAXes would do the trick.  The original Interval Max is on the Rhythmic Step+ DVD.  Also Plyo X from P90X.

Abs Diet 2, {Abs Diet for Women}7990^, {Women's Health train for your body type}7742^ (The cardio section) {Mindy Mylrea's Cardio Toolbox}7463^ ( good mixes of plyos in that one) {Tighter Assests by Tamilee Webb}7086^ (mixes of plyos but not hard plyos)
{Cardio Stack Core Attack by Greg Sims}7653^ ( a few segments of jumping or plyo moves)

I know I am not collage, but I hope that helps!!!

We agree with Cathe's Imax's and Cardio Toolbox, plus Amy Bento (Advanced Step Challenge 1, 2 & 3, A Team Boot Camp), some Reebok's (Power, Intense Moves), Get Ready Step Go, and the RopeSport workouts.

Oooh yes Cathe's Imax's! All of them! How could I forget those? Tough workouts, but so fun!

Hi Beeah, do you have the new BBC workouts, and if so, in your opinion, how do they differ from the original ones? Thanks!

I'm borrowing the new BBC from my neighbor, so I've only have them for less then a week, I think they're still hard but not as hard as the original BBC, and they use the tubing instead of weights and much better production, and most likely you won't feel as "beat up" as with the original BBC. Just wanted to try it out first, can't buy them now cause I just pre-ordered the New Kettlebell Way Vol 2 dvd. But later if my budget allowed I'll most likely buy it, or wait till my neighbor get bored with her's. LOL
