How much is enough depends upon you, your health, your goals, your amount of time to spend.
For health, if a person is in good physical shape with no known health issues either mental or
physical , at your age, has a sit down job, I would say for sure
an hour a day is beneficial. And please consider Pilates and yoga necessities, not afterthoughts!
Staying flexible, maintaining or improving posture, as well as general relaxation, are important elements of a
balanced fitness program for any one who works out.
In addition to your videos, I can only suggest (and am sure you already do) taking advantage of
other forms of fitness in your area. Hiking, swimming, neighborhood walks, classes at the park,
trying something new, like going for a horseback ride or taking a ski lesson, all these challenges
or outdoor activities will complement and enhance your daily routines. Shake it up when opportunity
