I have never heard that term, but can tell the group that
based on my one other group, a group for those with epileptic
cats, people are superstitious and will try anything in
desperation. There is also the idea that if it's not a script
from an MD, it is somehow "More natural", and you're
"in control", and so on. It's like the scene in an old movie
I saw on TCM, a man is peddling "lucky charms", and the
other character says, "You know I don't believe in that!......
Give me one. " Hope springs eternal.
We would all like to be healthy, fit, beautiful, youthful,
pain free, disease free, live to be a fit senior. Problem is,
how to do that, genetics aside?
