advice on shrinking boobs & back fat?

I would really like to reduce my chest & I have a lot of back-fat. I hate cardio.  Is it possible to reduce these areas through strength training? I like using dumbbells & I have a Total Gym which I like. I'd love to hear any advice you can give me.
Thanks

As you've probably been told, there is no such thing as "targeted fat burning" -- you have no control over where the fat will be burned.

Pure toning will build muscle but it's not the most effective way to burn fat. So, you should probably consider a mix of aerobics and toning (e.g. interval workouts).

I know you don't like doing cardio, but I found that when I lost total body fat using cardio it made my boobs shrink about 3 cup sizes (I wasn't that sad, they were ginormous). Strength training will actually make them bigger because the pectoralis muscle underneath will get bigger, but it will also lift them somewhat. If you do the strength training without the cardio it could actually make you bigger.

Wow 3 cup sizes is significant-!! I am a "c" would like to be a "b".  I'm up to 20 minutes on the elliptical so I'm working on my cardio!

I lost 20 pounds a few years ago and lost around 1/2 a cup size.  Earlier, I was a very full C, now a regular C.  I lost most from my hips than anywhere else.

I lost 60 lbs and went from a DDD (yes that's right I meant to put all 3) to just two but my band size went down 6 inches.

I agree!! I'm a A cup and doing strength training had helped alot!  It help build the pectoralis muscle underneath. I'm very happy with the results!

Wow...I just saw a woman on tvwho recently had a child, and her breasts were uneven, one a C and one a DD. They recommended that she get surgery to fix it, because they said it probably wouldn't return back on its own.
