Patric Goudeau's Extreme Calorie Burn

I am very interested in trying this workout.  I  consider myself intermediate to advanced (on the lower end of advanced) and this looks different and fun!  However, I wonder if it will be too much for me and I will have the dread factor.  So anyone that has this workout, please comment on it!

I really like this DVD, but it IS advanced (a little harder than Cathe's workouts, I'd say; pretty equivalent to Paul Katami's). I have to modify a couple moves. There are some exercises on the floor (mountain climbers, one-armed burpees), and although it doesn't bother my back, some of the reviews I saw on Collage mentioned it was hard on their backs (if I remember correctly). But that being said, I love it, and I feel great when I'm done. Goes quickly from move to move so it flies by. If you like challenging workouts that combine cardio with a decent weight workout, I'd recommend it. Any moves that are too difficult can always be modified.

Thanks, Carrie!  I don't have any of Paul Katami's either but do have one of his on my wish list as well.  I'm feeling up for a challenge so I think I might get this one!  Like you said, I can always modify!

I think this workout is chaptered into sections. There isn't a menu option to choose chapters but you can skip to them.
