Im back and need to Lose Weight.
I suffer from lower back pain and runners knee .
As a result I gained weight I just want to lose this weight .
I cant do squats or lunges or steps or elliptical or run..
When I exercise I gain weight . If I eat less I gain weight.
Im pear shaped. I gain weight easily.
I need help with some ideas and some rotations.
Need help with rotation low impact and dvd that have modification.
Anyone done the skogg kettlebells system I need something that gives results. I have lots of dvds. Give me all suggestions pls.
