Is it healthy to consume steak, whole eggs, and whole milk every day?
I've read that the right saturated fats (animal fats) are actually healthy for you and also help you increase testosterone levels. Steak, whole eggs, whole milk, and real butter. Is it healthy to consume these every day?
Works to a certain extent, yet several studies show eating a lot of butter has adverse effects. And diets high in partially hydrogenated oils are unhealthy. And we know that consuming a lot of processed meats increases the risk of colorectal cancer.
Some of you are really behind on the facts on saturated fat. Everything you listed is very healthy, but consider the source of the beef and dairy. Any product from a healthy, grass fed cow will be way better than some factory farmed cow that eats grains and never sees pasture. You definitely get what you pay for with any animal products; beef, dairy, and eggs. The saturated fat from grass fed beef isn't healthier than the saturated fat from grain fed beef.
