I'm going to have to work on this.

I just have too many goodies....

But, right now I have a headache and nothing could move me off the pillows!

I think I'm going to try to impliment your ideas.  Make two or three day a week "priority cardio days."  Add an extra if im feeling it, maybe, but get the big rocks in first.

Good thinking.

When I get one of the Callanetics, I might have to try this type of rotation too with throwing my Bar Method in and ballet.  So fun to do different things all the time!  Love it!

I've been "thinking" about my ballet workouts again too (that's how it all starts with me).... might be time to pull them out.  I have mostly everything you have, Laura, except for a couple.  I have {Balocity}7913^, all 4 Balletones, {NYC Ballet 1 and 2}7736^... and maybe something else I can't remember?  (Don't shoot me, but I haven't even tried the new Balletone yet!  About time to try it, yes?)

Andelyn~
Do you have Melissa's Ballet Workouts?

My new Balletone should be here tomorrow, let's do it tomorrow or Saturday!

Hey Laura :)  No, I don't have Melissa's.  Actually, I am thinking that's all the ballet stuff I have - the ones I listed before.  Also the couple sections in the 10 Minute Solution if you count those.

The new Balletone this weekend - that sounds like a deal, Laura!  So you let me know which day you are going to do it and I promise I'll do it that day too!  That will be fun and will motivate me to pull it out, which I need to do!  Boy, I hope I like it, because it is WAY past returning or exchanging!  Let's hope it's a good one!

Hey,
I just got your post, and a box of goodies from Collage.  I'm going to take a much deserved afterwork nap.  And, I'll do it sometime tonight!  I was going to do Pure Barre, but now I'm curious about {Beyond Balletone}7885^.  So, I think I'll do that instead.
YES, let's hope it's a good one!  I'm kind of looking forward to the fact it has a different set from the others.  I get them confused!

Blessings,
Laura

Did I say that I really liked {Beyond Balletone}7885^?  Well, I did!  It was one of those dvds where the time seemed to move really quickly.  It was incredibly easy to follow (I think all the Balletones are cool that way) and it truly felt "different" from the others, and the other ballet dvds I own.

No regrets about calling Collage to add this one to my goodie box.

Andelyn, did you get a chance to try it?

Laura, yes I did do {Beyond Balletone}7885^ on Saturday (was going to do it Fri, but Petra's {Do-able dance Grooves}7542^ was in and I couldn't stop :)

I liked it alot.  I didn't do the segment where she puts all of the moves together toward the end (was getting tired, and my knee was a little iffy by that point so thought it best to back off some).  I think my fav {Balletone}7179^ is still the original one with Jodi, but this might be second in line.  :)

Thanks for the motivation to get it out and give it a try!  I loved the beginning where she warms up the feet!  Not many workouts focus on the feet at all!  That felt good.
