Will aero/toning build enough muscle?

Do to medical condition, wasn't able to work out for a few years. I'm back now and it seems things have changed. I was used to do straight muscle toning one day, then cardio the next. Now it appears that it's all inclusive in most videos. I'm thin with little muscle tone,  can I still get the same building results doing videos that combine both? Plus I have a shoulder impingement and don't want any fast paced weight moves. I don't mind doing the two in one workouts as long as I'm gaining muscle. Any suggetions on how to proceed? Thanks.

Hi Pink Ribbon! I'm glad you are feeling good enough to work out now! There are a lot of videos out now that combine aerobics and toning, but you can also still find a lot that have them separate if that's what you like. I prefer them separate myself too.
Check out the Muscle Toning videos and the Aerobic videos and you'll find lots that don't combine the two!

I am so with you on this one. I love my cardio intense and seperate from the weights which I enjoy in of itself as well.
