Which workout to use....

I am looking for a low impact aerobics, full body toning DVD. Can you give me any suggestions?

    {Low Max}7435^ by Cathe is a great low impact cardio workout with toning moves-- no weights are required, but a step is required. Do you mean a separate full body toning dvd apart from the low impact cardio?

    I am not sure if its what you are looking for but check out KCM's {Cardio/Sculpt Fitness}7912^. There is a girl that does low impact modifications.

    Cathe's {Low Impact Circuit}7701^ is really good.   It's actual toning emphasis is upper body, but doing step, blast, and then sculpting sections work the lower body plenty good in  my opinion.  It also has the following premixes:
        Cardio blast timesaver..... 48 1/2 minutes
        lower body circuit..............56 minutes
        upper body circuit..............55 1/2 minutes
        upper body sculpt..............31 min
        total body sculpt................47 min
        blast off cardio                    9 min
        all 4 blasts only        


    This DVD is awesom.
