interval workout question

interval workout question

I know interval workouts are the way to go but I hate them.  I do like {Cardio/Sculpt Fitness}7912^. Other than that one I use chapters and do the cardio one day and the toning another. I have Jillian Michael's two new ones and I think one can be called interval.  Can you give me some suggestions?  The only interval workout on my wish list is 30 Minutes to Fitness - {Bootcamp}5614^. Thanks!

    Try {Body Max 2}7691^!!  The premixes allow you to do cardio/blast & lower body intervals, cardio/upper body intervals or all cardio and all weights only!  And an awesome bootcamp interval that has cardio blasts with upper/lower body and core segments interspersed!  I too love the option of doing cardio or weights only -- one of the reasons I love this workout so much.

    More intermediate/advanced or advanced interval workout options would be Patrick Goudeau's {Hard Work Conditioning}7893^, {Drill Max}7681^, {Dumb Training}7688^, {The Shape of Things to Come}7602^, TLT: {Endurance for Movement}7620^ or {Strength in Movement}7630^, or {All Body Attack}7835^.

    Hi megw! I think if you hate interval workouts, you shouldn't feel you have to do them! I think it's perfectly fine for you to do cardio one day and toning the next. How about an hour of cardio one day and an hour weight training tape the next? Or whatever you have for time.

    I think if you enjoy {Cardio Sculpt}7912^ (one of my FAVS) you would enjoy {Shape of Things to Come}7602^ also.  They are both Kelly workouts and very similar styles, but not duplicates by any means.  There is also Jari's {Ripped 1000}7702^.

    Meg, I actually like doing just cardio then just weights on some days. I have more circuit workouts than I do just pure long cardio workouts, so I usually will do circuit more but I crave doing just a pure weight workout sometimes. I think next week I will fit that in at least once. It is good to mix it up that way. If you want to add some interval workouts KCM's {bootcamp}5614^ is GREAT! And the Results {10 days to a better body}5591^ is good, {30 day shred}7963^ is good...Umm {Drill Max}7691^ is a circuit workout that is advanced and definately effective and worth it. {All Body Attack}7835^ is another circuit workout that is advanced and worth it (I think anyway) And of course {bodymax 2}7691^ is my favorite- because you can do so much with it- there are many premixes, and there are also premixes on the others I mentioned. Jari's {Ripped 1000}7702^ is good. Patrick's {HW2}5594^ is good....there are so many!

    LOL I didn't see Collage answered- OOPS! Sorry and I am with sam that I did not even see this was directed to Collage. I need to pay more attention!
