hi Brinah, all three are good ways for toning especially because some pilates and yoga workouts include weights or bands for the upper body. I agree that doing something that you enyoy the most is the best way to keep you motivitated and in shape but mixing it up is a good idea because that way you get the best of all three toning criterias( criterias is that the right word?)Plus trying a little bit of everything will help you find and decide what you like the most.
