Squeeze/Bar Method Frequency

Squeeze/Bar Method Frequency

How many times per week should you do these types of workouts for maximum results?  I currently do two half hour walks per day and do these workouts maybe twice/week.  Would I be better replacing one walk with Squeeze/Bar Method every day?  Thanks!

    I know that Burr Leonard on Bar Method says 3 x a week for good results. I would keep your walking, as you still need that cardio component in your workout. You could alternate days.

    Yes, because each of these workouts would be considered toning, you could do them three times per week to see the results you want.
