Should I start a new rotation?

Or should I give it a few more weeks.  I desperately want to trim my thighs, butt and waist.  I have been doing a rotation of 3x/wk cardio for 60 min and 3x/wk toning 45-60 min for 7 weeks now.  My rotation is as follows:

Monday - 60 minutes Treadmill
                5 min warm up
5 min at 6 mph on 2 incline
5 min at 4.5 mph on 4 incline
5 min at 4 mph on 10 incline
                (rotate)

Tuesday - Winsor Bun and Thigh Sculpting
                 Winsor Ab Sculpting
20 mins of Jari's Slim and Lean arm sections

Wednesday - {Cathe Imax 3}7465^ or {Cathe Low Max}7435^

Thursday - Bar Method DS or FF

Friday - 60 minutes treadmill
             5 min warm up
2 min at 7 mph at 2 incline
1 min at 4.5 mph at 2 incline
             (rotate for 30 min)
5 min at 4.5 mph on 2 incline
5 min at 4.5 mph on 4 incline
5 min at 4.5 mph on 6 incline
5 min at 4.5 mph on 2 incline
             5 min cool down

Saturday -Winsor Bun and Thigh Sculpting
                 Winsor Ab Sculpting
20 mins of {Jari's Slim and Lean}7629^ arm sections

I have only been following this cardio rotation for 1 week (this is the start of my 2nd week) but before was doing 1 day of treadmill and 2 days of either {Cathe's Kick Punch and Crunch}7535^, {Amy Bentos KBX}7781^, and Turbo Jam.  I have been doing the toning rotation for 7 weeks.

I haven't seen extreme results in any area, but do seem to have toned my legs some.  So, I am wondering if I should give this rotation a few more weeks or if I should start a new one.  What are your thoughts?

ANY suggestions?  I want to keep my cardio, but am thinking of doing some other toning but not sure what (type of toning, not specific video) or should I add a AWT workout to my cardio routine?

:-)  I might be a bit late here, I don't have a treadmill but wish I did, Windsor I don't like but have other forms of Pilates, Jari's I think I'd like to have but right now is off limits .. I say keep your cardio and do some AWT .. I'm all for the Ball for toning, I simply just can't get enough of it .. as you'll read in nearly all my post I must be getting pretty boring by now  :-)

Imo,your workout sounds fine! Your cardio is mixed which is good! and  the intervals are great! Hows your diet?

Imo,diet is the key to weightloss, you can exercise 7 days a week but if your diet is not good you will not see the results you want.

70% is Nutrition and 30% exercise,so 3-4 days of cardio a week is great and 3 whole body toning is great, give it more time!

I heard somewhere that rotations are anywhere from 4-8 weeks long.  Then it's time to change it up.  I read that either here or on sparkpeople.

Im bad at this when it comes to Rotations,I normally just go by the day and see what I feel like doing, but if this works for you I would keep doing it! I normally just switch it up everyday.
