Cathe Rotation

Has anyone ever done a strictly Cathe workout rotation, cardio and toning?  Which workouts did you use and how long did you stick with it?  Any results?

Hi SG!  Sorry I can't give you a better answer.  I have never done an all Cathe rotation, but I tend not to do "rotations."  However, I am sure if you did do an all Cathe rotation, you would get good results since she's so hardcore.  I would be interested to see some positive responses!

I have done many Cathe rotations.  I usually do them for a month.  I had great results with her Upper Body Bliss Rotation.  Cathe's great for whipping you into shape so I'm sure any of them will help you.  I use her Gym Styles, {Slow & Heavy}7652^, {Muscle Max}7445^, {Body Max 2}7691^, Rhythmic Step,  {Step Blast}7626^, Step Works, {Drill Max}7681^, {Butts & Guts}7711^, {Kick, Punch & Crunch}7535^, {Kick Max}7425^, Terminator, {Hardcore Extreme}7525^, Cardio Kicks, all her IMAXes, {4 Day Split}7884^.  If I do a Cathe rotation now, I usually swap out her leg workouts for barre workouts since I do better with heavy weight for upper body and light to no weight for lower body.

Hi there,Well I did try her weight training workouts for 6-8 weeks and did give me good definition but I notice my bottom half was getting somewhat bigger, could be cause I carry my bodyfat mostly in my butt and thighs and I build muscle easy. I have to usually switch with higher reps(endurance training) so I wont build up to much. Im guessing just depends on your bodytype(Mesomorph,Endomorph, and Ectomorph)and where you hold your bodyfat. I usually like running for my cardio

I'm like you, Dawn, and carry my weight in my hips and thighs so I can't do a lot of lower body weight work or I bulk.  I thought about trying an all Cathe rotation for 4-6 weeks to see what happens but I need to build on my Cathe collection first.  If I do this, I will not use weights when working the lower body.

My goal is to lose 10 pounds.  I would like to tone my arms also but also need toning in my waist, inner thighs and back of thighs (right under my butt).  But, if I could just get rid of these 10 pounds that seem to cling to me, I would be happy!

Hows your diet? How many calories do you eat? and height and weight now? You might be at a good weight right now. Bodyfat and measurements are more important then the scale

My diet is fair, I am getting back on track with my old WW plan, therefore, I do not track calories.  I am appx 5'5"-5'6" and I am not mentioning my weight.  I do know that I am within the tail end of my recommended weight for  my height and it wouldn't hurt me at all to lose 10 pounds.  I could stand to lose more than that but I will be happy with 10!

I just started doing HIIT on the treadmill 2x/wk - I just finished my 2nd week.  Before I was only doing 1x/wk on the treadmill.  I have done this before and looking back at my journal I may have dropped a couple pounds with this so decided to try again.  I am doing a Cathe cardio workout 1x/wk and then pilates 3x/wk.
