I used to do a pilates & hiking rotation so that may have been me but I'm not certain.  It wasn't really a ROTATION, per say, but it was what was available to me at the time. I knew I couldn't do JUST pilates, cardio was also essential. I do an incline hike / run that's roughly 1.5 miles up and 1.5 miles back down.  As far as pilates programs go, I do believe I used...
Ana Caban beginning & intermediate on VHS
Lara Hudson 10 minute solution VHS, the 1st one, she's in purple

(then I ditched my VHS player) I moved onto:

Liz Gillies {Progressive Pilates Target Tone}7272^
Jennifer Kries Method Target Specifics (which is also some yoga)
    Lara Hudson 10 Minute {Rapid Results}7663^ (she's in green)

THEN I got bored and discovered Ellen Barrett.  The rest is history.

Thank you Jess, it does help.  Is this "rotation" what you are basically still doing or have you added more weights to your "program".  Thanks?

Are you kidding???  I'm a newfound Jari Junkie.  What little arm work there is in pilates programs just didn't help me at all so I've upped the ante.  I'm a mission to kill the Bat Wings or die trying.  I still do my hike and that hasn't changed, because the structure of where I hike doesn't change. I've plataued on it and I hate using a weighted back pack, because it's not fun and I feel dragged down, so I'm doing Jari now.

    Jess,

How long have you been doing Jari and how are your arms looking?  I was doing only 15 min of Jari's {Slim and Lean}7629^ arms 2/wk for appx 3 weeks and was seeing some nice toning but then quit because I purchased Winsor Upper Body Sculpting.  I haven't done Jari in a little over a week and I can already see the definition disappearing in my arms!  I want to give Winsor Upper Body a good chance but I just don't see that it is going to give me what I want.

Well I'm going between {S/L}7629^, {RTTC}7639^, & {R/C}7900^ (my FAV) right now on toning days.  This is a pretty recent change in my rotation so I've not seen anything obvious yet.  My goal is to get more arm definition this month (thanks again Larua!) so it's every other day with out fail.
