Question On Weight Training (resting days)

Is it ok to do weights after doing a Cardio/Weight training session?? For example if I do a video that combines cardio and weights  (The Firm)(which I use light weights 3 to 5lbs), is it ok to lift weights after the session or the next day?? For example doing a Jari Love workout?? Does that count as doing weights back to back??  I use heavier weights doing my weight training sessions?? I hope I'm explaining this correctly.

    I would say yes definately. If you are using light weights in a circuit workout and are not having any muscle soreness the next day I would definately use weights again-- sometimes I do this two days in a row using LIGHT weights both days. Jari is a great example. Light weights but high reps.

    Yes, a weight-training workout day would be fine as long as you use light weights during a cardio-weight day.
