Re:Hi girls what did you do for 9/5/08 friday
On Fridays, I go for personal training at a gym downtown: "Extreme Fitness". I have done this weekly for the last 12 years.
My trainer (Ana K) is a spartan, and is as tuff as nails. If any of you have seen the movie, "300", you will understand.
We did a variety circuit yesterday, 60 solid minutes. Every body part. Plyo-jumps. Abs. Terrible stuff for quads. I was exhausted afterwards. Ana has a university degree in kinesiology, plus certification in everything. She really is excellent, but tuff. I could never in a million years push myself as hard as she pushes me.
That being said, there is also no way I could do HER workout unless I also trained AT HOME with DVD's from Collage.
