Jogging & Leg Workouts
Hi. I have just started jogging. I'm reading a few books about completing a half-marathon (not that I am anywhere near that yet) and it seems that most runners don't recommend doing weight workouts for legs on the days when you are not jogging. Currently I alternate jogging with Barre-type workouts or pilates and some upper body weights. Do you think the Barre-type training will be too much? Thanks!
