Help with toning

I wanted to ask for some help. I would like to include yoga and pilates with my toning. I feel like I need to change my rountine. How many days a week should I do pilates and yoga? Can I do it on the same day as my weight lifting? Any suggestions for me that would help.  Thank you

    Adding Pilates and yoga to your workout schedule is a great idea. For most people, Pilates is another way to tighten and tone muscles. So, to get started, you could substitute a Pilates program for one of your toning sessions per week. There are many styles of yoga, so it can be a bit trickier. If you are adding yoga for flexibility and relaxation you could easily add it after one of your other workouts, every day if you choose. But, if you are looking at an intense power yoga program, try it once a week instead of your regular toning routine.
