walk strong and walk and firm difference?

Other than the fact that Leslie Sansone's {Walk and Firm with Intervals}7910^ has the extra senior bonus, is there any significant difference in the workout between Walk and Firm and {Walk Strong}7122^?  Both are about the same time length and are intervals with a resistance band.    I see the walk and firm is a staff favorite but the walk strong isn't.  Thanks in advance.

Good Question!  I'm interested in the {Walk and Firm with Intervals}7910^ too!

I liked the band stuff at the end of {4 Really Big Miles}7954^, so I thought this one would be good.

From what I can tell from Collage's info - the Walk and Firm Intervals has 10 minutes total of toning (5 minutes upper and 5 lower) and then 15 minutes of cardio, whereas the Walk Strong seems to have more toning at about 15 minutes, and only 11 minutes of cardio.  Plus the warm ups and cool downs.

What IS the difference between Walk and Firm Intervals and {Walk Strong}7122^?

You're right - there aren't too many differences between these workouts (especially in their pace).  The only remarkable differences between the two are their toning: although both have toning movements for the shoulders and biceps in addition to squats and lunges, {Walk and Tone with Intervals}7910^ would have more tricep toning while {Walk Strong}7122^ would have more chest toning.
