Rotation Help!

I have hit a plateau. I am trying to figure out a new rotation, but I'm stuck. Could you guys give me some rotation ideas. Name what type of exercise not specific videos. I have lots of cardio and awt with one yoga,a few sculpting(full body and parts) and a stationary bike. Thanks.

Hi EKA! There's lots of things you can do, but first of all, what is your current rotation like? and what are your goals?

Well, I would like to burn some more fat to reach my goal and I tone easily. I like all my videos, but I need to change it up a little to get out of the plateau.   I would like to start working out on the weekends otherwise I am very sluggish on Monday which makes me feel like I'm really only working out 3 or 4 days. :(

    Here is my currant rotation:

    Mon.- Awt
    Tues-Cardio
    Wed- Short Cardio

Thurs-Either Awt, Toning, or I start the video and just watch it.

    Fri-Cardio

For myself when I started with the Ripped I saw a change in my shoulder and triceps that I had never seen before. Alternate with cardio and have seen results - worked for me

    Hi EKA!

This might be a rotation option for you:

    M:  Cardio

    Tu: AWT or Upper Body

    W:  Short cardio/yoga

    Th:  Rest

    F:  Cardio

    Sa: Short Cardio/Yoga

    Su: AWT or Lower Body

I think it's important to include yoga or stretching in your week, too, to keep your muscles stretched out. Good luck!

Do you do any HIIT dvds? you might want to do one day HIIT and one day a long cardio and the other day a interval dvd, doing high and low intensity.

Have you ever tried any Barre work or ballet type workouts?  These helped me in the past!
