Well, I would like to burn some more fat to reach my goal and I tone easily. I like all my videos, but I need to change it up a little to get out of the plateau. I would like to start working out on the weekends otherwise I am very sluggish on Monday which makes me feel like I'm really only working out 3 or 4 days. :(
Here is my currant rotation:
Wed- Short Cardio
Thurs-Either Awt, Toning, or I start the video and just watch it.
