Can you please suggest an AWT workout?

Hello :)
I am searching for AWT workouts. Some of my favorites are Jari Love's {Ripped to the Core}7639^, Gilad's Step & Tone and Amy Dixon {Super Fit Bod}5834^. I'm looking for something either with or without cardio intervals, that is as advanced or intermediate/advanced at a minimum.
Thank you for your help and for having such a huge selection!
Marianne

AWT is a phrased coined by the Firm workouts.  It can mean many different things such as compound weight work, or doing aerobics while holding light weights.  Basically it means doing a mix of aerobics and weight work that really makes you sweat.  If there had never been a Firm workout, this term would not exist.
