{10 Days to a Better Body}5591^ has a good lower body/cardio workout on it and has some ab work.  It runs 30 minutes.  It also has an upper body/cardio workout too.

{Lift Higher}5850^ by Tracie Long looks interesting and might fit your needs.  I don't have it to comment any further.

If your knees can tolerate squats and lunges and higher impact cardio, I would say The Original Tonique, will transform your lower body like no other dvd

    Contains 3 workouts:
    Squats - 15 Minutes
    Lunges - 19 Minutes
    Mat Work - 17 Minutes

Yes you are right Dulcy, her Tonique Mat workout would be a great substitution if squats, and/or lunges and high impact cardio has a negative effect on your knees....I'll like to say that this workout is challenging, but it is not it's just HARD as H-LL if you remember the lower body work in the Firm 1, well it's a little more "challenging" than that workout....but very, very effective, after doing Tonique for just 2 weeks 2x per week I got really good results...I love Tonique, but it is hard and can be somewhat grueling, It can be quite addictive... I love it for the results and the adrenaline high I get after I've finish this workout !!!

from the clips I saw of it ,it looks great for toning AND also for building bone density in the hips and spine for those of you like me that have to deal with that issue-again,thanks to Beeah for her recommendations-keep 'em coming Beeah!
