Barefoot workouts

Hi.  This is my first Forum question.  I have three of Ellen Barret's studio workouts.  I have low arches and sometimes experience heel pain so I need sneakers for support.  Is it okay to do those workouts in sneakers?  I can't do them without.

Yes, doing them with sneakers would be fine and shouldn't hinder you too much.

It is fine. Ellen has videos she made with Crunch studio and they use the same moves as her studio ones but she wears sneakers. And those ones can also be done barefoot. She said so to both of these on her website.

I need to wear orthotics in my shoes for pronation, and I do every single workout no matter what it is with my shoes on. This includes Ellen Barrett's plus any yoga and any Pilates. It works fine. I was very annoyed once when I went to a health club for a class, and the instructor insisted that everyone had to be barefoot. I never went back!

I recently did The Biggest Loser's {Weight Loss Yoga}5608^ barefoot, but that's it.  I've tons off foot problems and for the most part working out barefoot is not an option.  Yesterday, I tried doing a T-stand with shoes and even that was better.
