breast cancer survivor

Hi, I'm a breast cancer survivor who is restricted in certain exercises. Push-ups are to be avoided as much as possible due to lymphedema concers. Altho I love Jillian Michaels tapes , she's pretty heavy on push-ups and planks.
 Any suggestions?
 Thanks in advance

    kap 24,

First off, congratulations on being a breast cancer survivor.  Due to a shoulder injury, I am restricted on push-ups, too.  A few workouts I have enjoyed are:

Cathe's {Pyramid}7431^ Upper Body - good weight work for upper body; I think she does some push-ups in the warm-up, but it's a great upper body workout without the push-ups.  There are some planks using an exercise ball in the abs portion, but she shows you a lot of other exercises to do with the ball, so it would be easy to substitute.

Jari Love's {Slim and Lean}7629^ - good overall weight workout; she does have a push-up segment, but I skip it and still feel like I got a good workout because of all the other upper body exercises

Kelly Coffey-Meyer {NYC}7752^ - this is a good weights/aerobic program.  I think there are a few planks at the very end.
